Case study - Keenman's hallux valgus osteotomy trajectory systems applied to minimally invasive surgery in ankle surgery at Wuxi Ninth People's Hospital

Half a year ago, Ms. Huang came to Wuxi Ninth People's Hospital and Wuxi Orthopedics Hospital to seek medical attention from Dr. Tian Jian, Deputy Chief Physician of Foot and Ankle Surgery. The patient herself had a strong desire to treat "hallux valgus". After admission, Tian Jian's team improved the relevant examinations and developed an individualized treatment plan based on the patient's condition. They planned to undergo minimally invasive surgery for left hallux valgus, which resulted in a small incision and fast recovery.

Analysis of the early therapeutic effect of modified Krackow suture combined with early functional rehabilitation in the treatment of Achilles tendon rupture through semi incised locking and blocking

Background: Percutaneous minimally invasive treatment of Achilles tendon rupture can significantly reduce the incidence of surgical incision complications, but its biomechanical strength is questionable and the suture device is expensive. Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of modified Kmkow suture method combined with early functional rehabilitation in the treatment of acute closed Achilles tendon rupture through semi incisional locking and blocking
