Job Description
Main responsibilities:
1. Master the online procurement projects of various provinces and cities, understand the opportunities and risk points of various quality regulations and platforms for online procurement, and maximize online opportunities based on business strategies;
2. Actively follow up and understand national and provincial (including provincial alliances) volume procurement projects and market dynamics, timely interpret project policies and rules, identify project opportunities and risks, quantify the impact on business, and develop bidding strategies;
3. Collect and update the pricing and charging items of the company's products, understand the medical insurance code application process, and prepare relevant materials for sales in the code application;
4. Responsible for data declaration within the provincial and municipal bidding systems, including but not limited to: enterprise qualifications, product qualifications, declared prices, appeal materials, updates to national medical insurance codes, selection of delivery providers, and transaction order data;
5. Responsible for interpreting the policy planning of projects declared by various provinces and cities, and making reasonable use of it. Organize the price data of competitors for the project, guide sales in handling online transaction pricing, and provide accurate information and price data in bulk procurement projects;
6. Before or when a new product is launched, coordinate and summarize forward-looking admission policy reports according to the needs of the business department, and assist the business department in making admission decisions;
7. Through good communication with relevant government departments, shape the company's brand, create a favorable policy environment for the good operation of the company's business, and ensure the accurate execution of national centralized procurement projects locally;
8. Maintain communication and collaboration with cross departmental teams such as legal, financial, and compliance teams, maintain good cooperation with associations and suppliers according to the company's business needs, and carry out business development projects in compliance;
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with no restrictions on majors
2. Outgoing personality, strong sense of responsibility, outstanding ability of active learning, willing to cooperate with the team, and has a good ability to withstand pressure;
3. At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the medical device industry;
