Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for product development, including product functional design, structural design, component design, material and process design, production and inspection tooling design, and design analysis;
2. Responsible for product evaluation work such as design validation scheme design;
3. Responsible for preparing and developing technical documentation, including DMR, DHF documents, product risk analysis, patent application documents, etc;
4. Track the project progress and project risk management, report the project progress status to the superior regularly, coordinate the cooperation between the members of the project team and the communication between the project team and the outside world, ensure the integrity and standardization of the R&D design documents and related documents, and cooperate with the supervisor in project quality control and personnel training;
5. Responsible for technical support during the product conversion process, communication and coordination with production, etc;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, electromechanical, polymer related fields;
2. Good English proficiency, able to access English materials/literature, and prepare English documents;
3. Able to use 2D/3D design software for product design, with GD&T capabilities;
4. Familiar with ISO13485 standards, medical device production quality management standards, and medical device research and development processes;
5. Serious and responsible in work, rigorous and meticulous, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Good teamwork spirit;
6. Having more than 3 years of work experience is an advantage, and outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.
